RATES:
~All rates are for double occupancy. Please add state lodging tax of 1 %.
~Additional persons in the North, South and Garden Rooms add $15 per
person . Singles deduct $10.
~Nautical Room is suitable for two persons only, South Room three
persons maximum, Garden and North Rooms four persons maximum.
~Six days + stay can deduct 10%. Sorry, no other discounts apply.
Visa,Mastercard and Discover cards are accepted.
CHILDREN & PETS:
~ We welcome well-behaved children ages 12 yrs and up. Please, please note the accent on "well-behaved". If you are confident your child can resist, for example: running in the hallways and on the deck, jumping on/off the furniture and you are certain they will not disturb other guests on a romantic getaway, then we are the place for you ! An alternative for families with younger ones nearby would be Morningstar's house rental here on the lake ( Floras Lakehouse ) or Piercy Suites in Langlois.
~Sorry~ Absolutely no pets (no matter how tiny or well-behaved) allowed
inside. Pets of the non-barking variety are welcome to sleep/spend time in
your car if both of you are happy with that arrangement. We ask that pets
not be left unleashed (or even leashed) & unattended anywhere outside the
Bed & Breakfast.
DEPOSIT & CANCELLATIONS:
~Advanced deposit of one night's rent is required to hold room (just a credit
card number is sufficient to hold the room.) Seven days notice of cancellation
is required to receive refund. If notice is less than seven days, the deposit will
be refunded if the room is rented.
~During high season (or when other reservations have been turned away),
cancellations less than 7 days will result in charge for each cancelled night that
the room remains unbooked. This includes shortening the length of your stay
(after your arrival) at the last minute.
~ Holiday weekends require a two night minimum stay and a two week
advance notice of cancellation.
WEDDINGS:
~Though we know and appreciate that many folks would be interested, we do not host weddings or receptions.
MISC:
~We are a non-smoking B&B. Smoking outdoors on the premises is allowed.
