  • Children 12+ welcome.

  • Self check-in any time after 3:00 pm. Check-out is 12 noon.

  • 2 night minimum stay is required for most summer weekends. Holiday weekends require 3 night minimum.

  • Singles deduct $10/night. Additional person in North or Garden Room is $10
    5+ night stays can deduct $25/night* (*discount cannot be combined with other promotions)
    An 8.5% county and state lodging tax will be added to your total.

  • PETS:
    Sorry, absolutely no pets (no matter how cute, tiny or well-behaved) are allowed.*
    Qualified Service Animals who perform specific tasks for individuals with a disability may be an exception and arrangements must be made at the time of your reservation.
    *    Please note:
    Emotional support animals, comfort animals, and therapy dogs are not service animals under Title II and Title III of the ADA, even with a doctor’s note. They need to find a pet-friendly place to stay.

  • DEPOSITS: Your credit card number is required to hold your room, but will not be charged until your stay.

  • CANCELLATIONS: 7 days notice of cancellation is required. If cancellation is less than 7 days, you will be charged one night’s rent unless the room is rebooked. During high season (mid June thru Labor Day), last minute changes to the length of your stay will result in charge for each cancelled night that the house remains unbooked.

  • We are a SMOKE AND VAPE FREE home.
