Full Upper Home Rental

Entire upper home rental includes : 4 rooms each with private baths, large central living room and kitchen. 
Breakfast is not included. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need for cooking,  2 coffee makers/large grinder and a propane BBQ on the deck. Smart TV in the living room. For more house information/photos, please see the Accommodations and Gallery links. Rates are shown below.
Our caretakers live on the lower level in a completely separate residence/entrance. They do not enter the upper level.

Please see our AVAILABILITY calendar for dates. Full rental is only possible if the calendar shows all 4 rooms unbooked.

UPPER HOME RENTAL RATES 2024:
May 1-June 13 : $800 per night
June 14-Sept 15: $1000 per night
Sept 16-October 15 : $800 per night
Memorial Day/July 4th/Labor Day Holidays: $1200 per night

3 night minimum required

Please add $300 cleaning fee and 8.5% state/county lodging tax to the total.
Rates are for up to 8 people. Maximum guests 11. $25/night for each additional person.
Stays of 5/6 nights can deduct $25/night. 7 nights plus can deduct $50/night.


We have a very strict NO PET policy, regardless of size or how well-behaved. Outdoor pets are OK.
