~Self check -in after 4:00pm. Check-out 11:00am
~50% deposit due at time of booking
~No smoking or vaping allowed inside.
~Absolutely no pets allowed inside. Qualified Service Animals who perform specific tasks for individuals with a disability may be an exception and arrangements must be made at the time of your reservation.
* Please note: Emotional support animals, comfort animals, and therapy dogs are not service animals under Title II and Title III of the ADA, even with a doctor's note. They need to find a pet-friendly place to stay.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
100% refund for cancellations at least 14 days before the start of the stay.
50% refund for cancellations at least 7 days before the start of the stay. Full refund if the house is re-booked.
Cancellations less than 7 days will result in full charge if the house remains unbooked.
~During high season (mid June thru Labor Day), last minute changes to the length of your stay will result in charge for each cancelled night that the house remains unbooked.
SECURITY DEPOSIT- Although no security deposit is required up front, if there is any damage to the home, items in the home or any pets allowed inside , you understand and accept that you may be charged up to $1000.
