A FEW REMINDERS
❖ Floras Lake House is offered with a minimum 2 night/3 day stay.
❖ We love our neighbors! We have a strict 10pm sound ordinance.
❖ Our price includes 100 guests. After that, we charge $10 a head for a maximum of 150 guests.
❖ We require portable restrooms for parties over 25.
❖ The deck at our facility is over 30 years old and weathered by the ocean, so please limit gatherings on the deck to B&B guests only please.

PACKAGE 1 - Floras Lake House Top Floor - Max 11 ppl.
❖ Join us for a full weekend! Host your rehearsal dinner, ceremony and reception all in one place. Rent the top floor of Floras Lake House with 10 of your friends and family. Check in is at 2pm and check out on the third day is at 5pm. Please inquire about extending your stay.
PACKAGE 2 - Floras Lake House Full House - Max 21 ppl.
❖ Join us for a full weekend! Host your rehearsal dinner, ceremony and reception all in one place. Rent the entire Floras Lake House with 20 of your friends and family. Check in is at 2pm and check out on the third day is at 5pm. Please inquire about extending your stay.
PACKAGE 3 - Garden Venue
❖ Full access to grounds and garden. No Access to the house.
